Default Pilots with a second job

So, I just started flying with the regionals currently still on IOE but ive been trying to think of something to do with all my spare time besides watching TV in my hotel room. Anyone have second jobs? I know most internet jobs are scams but there are some legit ones out there. Anyone have any suggestions? I feel useless sitting in this hotel room watching tv haha

I heard of an FO that used to go burglarize cars and homes on overnights. That could be lucrative I guess...

There are a lot of pilots in real estate and other things that you can do on the cell phone.

Yes there are numerous scams out there today. There are many searches you can perform to find hundreds of jobs like this. I am curious to see who has honestly turned a considerable profit working online. I did a search and found mostly BS but this one was my favorite - $839,000???!!!

Most hotels have a nice selection of adult movies, so you could become an amateur adult film critic.. or professional depending on your level of dedication

One FA I know of used to sell her "services" on her layovers. Mind you, this was in a company paid hotel. This worked for her until BOS Vice caught on to the act and nailed her to the wall. She'll be missed......

Default Danger

There is a danger that if a pilot has a second job that they will find out that it is much easier to make a real living, enjoy success, find satisfaction and to have a real life outside of aviation.

My second job rapidly out paced my flying career and it soon became ridiculous to continue flying. Don't blow it. A second job is a flying career killer.
