That's what I need...working struck work....
PNCL hasn't been released by the NMB, so unfortunately they can't legally strike yet, and I doubt the MEC (or anyones MEC) would authorize an illegal strike. So take what your CP says with a grain of salt.

Here is another point to ponder concerning the whole arbitration thing and Scope. Pinnacle managmenet has stated numerous times that they will not obey any arbitrator's decision that does not go their way. They are under the firm belief that Pinnacle Corp and Pinnacle Inc. are two seperate entities and any decision concerning Inc. or its operation by the Aribtrator has no merit or bearing on Corp. So if ALPA wins the scope arbitration they might possibly have to head back to Federal Court once again and file suit against Corp to honor the decision made by the Aribitrator concerning scope.
Any management group that on numerous occasions violates the status quo of any collective bargaining agreement they signed will not hesitate to rebuff any decision by any Aribitrator that does not favor them.

I fully support the:

ST louis Fire Department !!

Just food for thought.
