I'm not the expert on international jumpseating, but from what I understand CASS does not pertain to international jumpseats. You can jumpseat internationally, but you would have to have a seat in the cabin rendering CASS useless. I believe in order to sit up front on hops across the pond you have to actually work for the company doing the flight...and most times the reserve crew is already occupying that seat anyways so your SOL. I guess the easiest way to sum up Republic's international jumpseat is "If you can get on, have at it." There's always non-rev bennies, ID90's, or ZED Fares. Those all pretty much cover anywhere you need to go.
