Where to go? What to do?

Well, back to the topic...
If you are looking at Colgan, don't forget about our State College, Binghamton, White Plains, LaGuardia, and Albany bases. Saab will tell you, Albany is not "the" place to be based, due to the numerous repo flights you will have logged (it's a MX base), but if it means seeing your infant and wife daily, then I feel its worth it.
Good luck, and let me know if you need help with any interview prep.

If it were me, I'd step away from the Jet A fumes and blue juice...its killing your ability to spell and communicate effectively
Seriously though, I can't believe Eagle's ERJs are THAT weight restricted! In 2 years flying the EP/LR/XR/SR/SL I think I have had to leave 2 or 3 AT MOST behind. I've even had to ADD ballast to a full flight in order to get a jumpseater on. Being restricted to 35-40 seems a little nuts unless they swapped a 135/140 for a 145.

I asked for advice in a different thread and they he trying responded in the same condecending way.
Unfortunately, there are more just like him here. Pay them no attention; even though they've been in the industry for quite some time, they actually know less than some regional F/O's.
Heed the constructive adivce here and you'll do fine.

From: 7ER B...whatever that means.
We had a flight restricted to 29 was the lowest I had ever seen (thats on an MQ 145 not 140 or 135 but 145) the fuel was 11200 or 300 and we had a bunch of bags and cargo (pps). So yes it happens trust me I been there. It happens to BUF SYR ALB MDT YYZ any city about 500-600 miles and further away.
Why all that gas?! Traffic? Winds? Delays? Tankering? We might put 11200 to from IAD-IAH or ORF-IAH. Just seems ridiculous and like some poor planning on someones part. Don't mean to get off topic, but Christ...thats gotta suck as a commuter. Who is MQ, by the way?

Eagle can jump on Eagle but they charge a fee on any AMR flight. All other pilots fly free (yes they treat other companys pilots better than their own)

Im leaning more toward Colgan right now just becuase I can drive to base and not have to worry about ATC, weight rest., cancels, mechanicals and anything else you can throw in there.....

MQ is American Eagle....No the flights I work are the return back so ROC to ORD. They took the high fuel load becuase it was during a snow storm and the vis was 1/4-1/2 ovc 002 plussnfzfg and whatever else was going on, and the alts were something like cle and cvg.....
