Exactly. Don't apply there, its not a company you want to work for. I've never once heard anything good about them from any of the people I know who have flown there.

Well one good thing is that you'll actually learn how to fly an airplane instead of just riding b*&%$ in a barbie jet. I think they want you to do everything on airlineapps.com

Everyone's situation is different. I haven't been at Colgan that long, but so far for me it's worked out pretty good. I came to Colgan for a number of personal QOL reasons, and so far it's been just what I expected. There's good and bad everywhere, and there are definate negatives about Colgan, but it all depends on your situation.

Well... to play devils advocate, if you apply to Colgan and not Mesa you really aren't really trying.

You apply to Colgan through AirlineApps. There is a link on their website - http://www.colganair.com//firstofficers.html. Click on the "apply online" link. Once you have applied, give it about a week. Then call Colgan (the number is on the website) and ask for Chuck or Cathy. Expect a phone interview. They do have a link to fax your resume. Address it to Chuck Colgan, Jr. You can also attend one of the open houses. You will be interviewed there.

Try this number: 703-361-8034 This is the fax number for recruitment. Put attention Mr. Chuck Colgan Jr. and/or Ms. Cathy Angelo. Apply arround and good luck!
