This very well may be true... I interviewed last wed-thursday and at the end was told "you have been accepted, congrats" all that stuff... And yesterday I got "THE NO LETTER" from them... I called them today to find out if this had been a mistake, and they said it was management's decision. I had made a mention that the letter said I did something in the interview or sim and told him that the person interviewing told me both were great. He proceeded to get mad at me and tell me he didnt want to argue with me and couldnt tell me why I got the NO.

There was absolutely no reason for me to get a no as I did really well in all aspects of the interview. Aside from it being a HUGE shot to my confidence (feeling that I did something wrong), my only guess is that they have stopped for now....

You can do great in both, but DR and the systems chief have to sign off on your being hired ontop of the people interviewing you.

Stryker 03-20-2008 10:49 AM

yes I knew that, but I didnt even have a chance to meet DR. He was unavailable the day of my interview. And the letter I received said "you were unsatisfactory on either the sim portion or the interview portion". Obviously the interview portion was good cause I made it to the sim, and I spoke with the sim evaluator afterwards and he said I did really well.

I am not upset that they didnt hire me, im just upset with the fact that the letter makes me feel like I did something wrong when I know I didnt. I just feel thats bad business....
