Default Aloha Airlines shuts down.

A victim of the Mesa Air Group, Aloha Airlines which held a long history of 61 years in the Hawaiian Islands has fallen to unfair, illegal competition.

There was just too little they could do, too late.

I hope Mesa gets what they deserve when the October lawsuit finally goes to court.

Wow, this is just sad news. I have flown on Aloha plenty of times and can honestly say they had top-notch service. I will miss eating cheeseburgers and warm cookies and milk crossing the pond from HNL-OAK. It looks like Johnny O finally got what he wanted. I hope the lawsuit in October bankrupts Mesa. RIP Aloha- you will be missed!

Wow, this is terrible. The one time I flew Aloha was back in 2003 from BUR-HNL and back. Very pleasant experience. Probably the best in-flight food I've had on any airline. RIP Aloha! Best wishes to all employees.

Best wishes to all. Just goes to show you that no one is safe, even after 61 years of operations.

Down with Orenstein and may he.........................!
