And if you're going to a regional, keep in mind the pax cabin and the jumpseat also, not just the performance characteristics...because you'll be deadheading at a lot of places, and sitting in the pax cabin or j/s...not just the FO seat.

First of all, there is no such word as "funnest."
There is fun to be had as an airline pilot, but please take it seriously and don't come into indoc at whatever company jumping up and down saying how cool the Level D is, and how much fun it's going to be. The people in the room with prior 121 who know what a grind it is will thank you for being serious and chilled out about it.

Definition: an informal or nonstandard superlative form of funExample: basketball is funner than football, and soccer is the funnest game of all
So kiss my grits!Dude....to use the vernacular, you use an extreme amount of presumption in thinking I am (or anybody else for that fact) not serious about my(our) flying career(s). You have no idea how much I have already sacrificed to get where I am. I suggest you back that superior attitude up a bit and take your own advice and "chill at bit." AND you better believe, damn straight, it is going to be "cool" and "fun" for me when I hit sim and plane. Why else would you (or any body else) be in this industry....it sure ain't for the friggin pay!

ATR, it really makes you a better pilot for flying this thing. I don't know how the EMB-120 or the Saab goes, but in a good crosswind in the ATR you really have to work your crosswind technique. You also get to fly through all the weather those jet jocks get above, and I get to pull out my IFR charts and navigate between VORs old school, plus the cockpit is roomy for a regional airplane.
Thanks for playing
