I'm still moving up 15-20 spots a month. Let the upgrades continue.

hahaha. i don't know why you ladies get so bent out of shape about junior man calls. guess how many times i have been jm'ed here at pinnacle in the last two and a half years. zero. i have never been ja'ed. does that mean they don't call me? no. i have been called several times. i just don't answer the phone. but doesn't the phone ringing bug me you might ask. well i set my phone to NOT ring when i get a call from crew scheduling. crew scheduling's ringtone is NO ringtone. so even if they call at 5 in the morning i never know about it. infact once in a while i will look down at my phone and go "hmm looks like crew scheduling tried to call me sometime earlier." i never answer the phone, and 90% of the time i don't even know if or when they called. so who cares about junior manning. junior manning is there just so the company can try and find some sucker who is going to answer the phone.

actually I have everybody on silent. :) And ever since we switched to CrewTrack I have never been JM'd.

I don't feel one bit sorry for people to complain about getting junior manned. I actually enjoy getting the messages. Then I know they are desperate.

I have a seperate phone with no voicemail feature and I leave it OFF unless I'm RRL or RSV, and then only during those specific times, to the second.

Smart move. Regardless of what you do just don't answer the phone from work unless you are on rsv or for some other reason "on call".

I don't know what you're saying about upgrades, but I seem to remember seeing 1280s-ish awarded ATL and DTW captain in March. If upgrade classes are slower, it probably has more to do with low-timers from Jet U who can't upgrade, or simply not enough people moving seats because of the drop in QOL.
