I had been reading on here about TSA's management wasn't the best, but there was a good pilot group. I guess I was just expecting a little more not just an inconvience to the recruiters' days.

having gone through the interview process also, I think that may be a way for them to gauge how interested you are. If you ask questions it shows interest. In a way I think they expect you to have done your research on the company and to ask anything that you couldnt find or need clarification on.... Just what I got away from it.

Nah, the other two interviews I had were nothing more than "this is why we are so great"... and it was all stuff I could have figured out on my own... TSA's interview was more like "what couldnt you find, and what questions do you REALLY wanna know".... It was more of them feeling you out as a person rather than are you ace #1 super pilot....
