SAN isn't junior. Even on the FO side. If you were hired one year ago you would only be abouy 75% in SAN. The top 50% FOs are all almost (if not well beyond) 2+ years with the company. Just FWIW

Last I heard the top 3 FOs are 7 to 8 years with the company. Anyone on the inside could tell me if the number 1 FO has the initials JC?

Top three = 7+ years.

Top 25% = almost 2 years.

50% = 1+ years.

Bottom 75% = 8-10 months.
