Okay, I normally sit idle and read these forums and never say a word. However, I must say the following...
You, sir.... are an idiot. If I could smack you, rest assured, I would.
And you're da** right people are a little touchy about this subject. I cant believe you would get online, hide behind some screen name, and talk smack about our "brag"ging companies without first thinking about those people who, now, have to move their families across the country to a new city (or commute) because of this. Instead of having the comraderie we need to have (and most people in this industry do), you're sitting online all smug like an idiot because we lost a contract.
And I think I speak for 99 percent of the guys out there when I say: To my brothers who are now displaced, industrywide (including the Freedom - Aloha - ATA - Skybus (kinda) - and Champion guys), you have my sympathy.
To this idiot, you have a swift kick in the peas.

No I dont get into this "which regional is better" I was just asking if the brag fest was over? But I answered my own question...
Had a CHQ crew harrass me in an elevator bc who I work for... at a hotel......
And my boyfriend has had jumpseaters from RAH who were told by the captain that it was time to "shut up" bc he wouldnt talk about how amazing it was... so rude

It goes both ways. Every airline has their 5%. So what's your point?
In the end we're all an expendable number on the bottom line of someone's ledger. No matter what new shiny jet we fly or who's codeshare we fly for.

Ok, I had to urbandictionary that one.
The "deets" were that this happened some years ago. And was relegated to this CMR F/O making inappropriate comments about my FO's "newness".
i.e. "Wow, you must be f*cking new, you're slow"
Before my First Officer had time to react, the aforementioned Comair First Officer was standing in the jetway and the flight attendant was getting his bag out of the overhead.
Now, my point in bringing this up is that I don't hold this against any Comair pilot. I don't think that all Comair pilots are pricks now. I don't get on forums and gloat and poke when Comair hits the skids.
RAH has pricks, we probably have dozens of pricks. They are in all 4 fleets. Some young, some old, some cocky, some are just overall douchebags.
That's out of over 2000 pilots.
IMAGINE how many pricks are in the ranks of Delta, United, Continental, etc. using that ratio!
So why paint a pilot group with such a broad brush?
