Here are the Pinnacle 900 rates

Year_Captain_____First Officer
1____$61.27_____$25.73
2____$63.10_____$32.81
3____$65.73_____$35.49
4____$67.70_____$37.24
5____$69.20_____$38.06
6____$71.31_____$39.22
7____$73.32_____$40.32
8____$75.69_____$40.32
9____$78.10_____$40.32
10___$80.73_____$40.32
11___$83.19_____$40.32
12___$85.19_____$40.32
13___$88.35_____$40.61
14___$91.10_____$41.90
15___$93.62_____$43.07
16___$95.72_____$44.03
17___$97.67_____$44.93
18___$99.69_____$45.96

there are two things about these rates. first they are concurrent with our contract as of may of 1999. second it gives us a good starting point to get better rates during negotiations since these are considered "old" rates. these rates are pretty much spot on with skywest. once again these are arbitrator decided rates. the company and the pilot group had no say. so it goes to show you that EVERYONE else who flies the 900 helps set the bar for what we all will be paid.

Still below Comair's 70 rates until 16 years as an FO. Who wants to be an 18 year FO anyways?

Everyone is disappointed in these rates. Oh well.. Thanks arbitrator. Now I can afford two packs of ramen noodles a day instead of one.

And XJT's 135/145 rates. It's great that there is finally a pay scale for you guys flying the "heavy metal" but christ...I'd be more than a little peaved at those rates.

Thanks for passing the info along AirSupport. In regards to a pay increase, I just don't see that happening in the future; we are in for a rough road brethren. With our mainline partners losing BILLIONS of dollars, a pay increase is not gonna be in the equation (sad, but reality)

TO ALL THE NAY SAYERS... you guys couldn't resist a chance to put down your fellow pilots, huh? .. for shame

everyone seems to go to town on skywest for there 700/900 override/rates...this seems to be below it. Does that mean the boys at FI will stop with the skywest pay?

Nope, we all still think the SKYW 700/900 rates are a joke:D This doesn't make it any better.

Looks decent to me. Livable first year pay. Congrats to 9e folks.

we had no say in the rate and had no choice but to accept it. that is how binding arbitration works.

no problem. we should get some sort of pay increase because we are still in mediated negotiations. and the way it was worded these payrates are put in the contract as if they were there when it was signed in 1999. so there will have to be a renegotiation of the pay rates. now you are right about not being realistic in getting a really good rate jump. times aren't as good as they were 2 years ago for the airlines. maybe, just maybe, this is the reason management has been stalling for so long.

the reason i mentioned skywest is they are the only pilot group that just recently came to a new pay scale agreement, and these rates are nearly identical to skywest. most everyone elses aren't current, even if they are better.
