Default Time Is Right For XJET To....

Show how CAL's plan to merge or make any Alliance's are not competitive. Their moves against XJET prove they are predatory and cannot be trusted to abide by their agreements. Write to your representatives both Federal and State and cite the SEC releases as evidence. Don't be lazy - it's only your career at stake.

I do not think congress cares about anything having to do with our careers. Maybe I am a cynic?

your right, but this low-balling of CAL shows just how easy they are going to be to deal with in their current contract negotiations. Lets hope the CAL Pilot group gives em hell

Unfortunately, when CAL and UA merge, the pilots will lose a lot and scope will be one of them. We are entering into some weird times. Let's just hope we can all weather the storm.

I will say that I think for Expressjet the best possibility is if CAL & UAL merge, sure Larry would still be at the top, but with some UAL management in their, maybe just maybe the killing off of Expressjet by LK would stop.............
