Well, though I agree with some of the 1st post. I do not recommend "well gee thats life oh well, nothing we can do about it". If you don't like something, open your mouth, change it. This is OUR CAREER, don't settle, we all owe to ourselves to make this industry better

I have the feeling that the original poster might be brand new to the industry, and regardless of what he says, anyone who's been doing this for a while knows that management toying and manipulating the work force is NOT JUST LIFE!

Everyone knows that the industry is cyclycal, however; dismissing the byproduct of it as JUST LIFE, is a very unrealistic and naive way to view our profession.

I love my job and don't have any complaints.

Stick around for a while, and then get back to me.
