Eagle Still hiring
To all apps.
Class has been pushed back Due to backlog in Ioe and sims. We are doing 80+ New hires a month plus 50-80 upgrades. All the sims are getting updated. There is a month to month and half back log on Ioe. We are still 200+ Pilots short!!!!!

They have been sending people to LAX in the recent past. When you go for the interview you tell them what base you want and are guaranteed that base before you show up for Day 1 of training. Definitely worth applying and going to the interview.

I hope that is why they didnt post any upgrades for this month's vacancy bid. To those thinking of applying, Eagle has its issues, but all in all, its a pretty good place to be with some really great people!

I'd bet there are about 3 more months before all regionals stop hiring at least through the rest of this year.
Eagle is still one of the stronger regionals and its issues are minor compared to Mesa or XJT or Trans States for example.
I may be biased to some extent but in my opinion Eagle is probably about the best show in town for anyone trying to get on right now- at least you have some chance of a buffer below you if there are reductions because of the hiring going on now.
Upgrade times will not seem so important when we are all happy to just have a job.
