These guys have a great program to study for the ATP. $75 but well worth it.

I studied for about a week and got 99%. Took me 20 minutes.

http://www.sheppardair.com/

Ask around and do a search on this site and Jetcareers.

I second dauntless software.....you can take all the tests you want and filter out questions that aren't relevant (such as those with graphs and charts) or pick certain subject areas in particular (weather, FAR's....).

Sheppardair is the way to go. They keep up with the bank of questins that the FAA is using at this time. If any changes are made, they have to publically let it be know and Sheppard find out and adds the new questions. I used their program, studied for a few days and got 100%...pure memorization. You will get to the point where you get have way through the question and you know the answer is B.
