I have a VERY good source saying Pinnacle has reached a TA.

Anyone heard the same or have any details?

i have a pretty good source the end of the world is coming any day now.

I hope it's not the source that said we were getting -900's in 2001, then 2003, then 2004, then 2005. etc :)

One thing i learned quick in this industry is that rumors are like A**holes, everybody has one.
Put it this way, the only time you will ever know something in this industry is when it has already happened.
I dont even waste my time with them except for entertainment purposes!:D

However i do wish that this one would be true. I feel for my friends and all you guys and gals over at pinnacle.

I heard from a few FO's a week ago that we will get a contract soon. I really hope it's true, but I will not get my hopes up.

If its not done already, its pretty darn close...

pinnaclefo and i have been talking about this the last couple of days. we decided not to post it since we didn't want to get our hopes up again, only to have them dashed. but yes we have heard that a ta has been reached hence the abnormal quietness after the negotiation sessions. usually the union comes right back and says the company didn't have anything and no progress was made. the only person i have heard this from was a couple of the lifers in ops talking about it. but none of them were union guys so who knows. it sure would be nice.

here is my negative point on this. we get a contract then the company declares bankruptcy 2 months from now and beats us down anyway... ok, time for positive thinking again.
