It must be a CLT thing. Hauling freight there years ago, my plane was hit by two trucks and a forklift in 18 months.

If a/c in being pushed by tug, the tug driver is resposible for the aircraft. Once towbar is removed and the area is clear, the Captain is once again responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft.
