It must be a CLT thing. Hauling freight there years ago, my plane was hit by two trucks and a forklift in 18 months.

Does the captain of either of these planes get blamed for stuff like this? Would hate to have something like that on my record

If a/c in being pushed by tug, the tug driver is resposible for the aircraft. Once towbar is removed and the area is clear, the Captain is once again responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft.
