Default United RFP?

In recent days I have seen multiple posters mention a United RFP. I was unaware United was taking proposals at this time. Anyone have specifics, such as how many a/c, size of a/c being considered, and where the planes may be based?

The proposal was for a mix of aircraft...which is reported to match MAG's UAX fleet. The inclusion of Dash-8 flying was a dead giveaway.

Either UA is preparing to fire mesa, or are they preparing for a sudden mesa shutdown due to financial collapse.
