According to a newswire it was de-listed from the S&P 600 Small Cap index. I'm sure NASDAQ is just behind.

stock no longer traded on NASDAQ (in this case). It would most likely be moved down to the OTC BB (over-the-counter bulletin boards) where mostly penny stocks trade until they eventually die.
