I agree with the freedom of opinions. What annoys me though is how some of you guys that where fortunate enough to get hired with an airline that supports your so called QOL, can come to the conclussion that MESA is the lynch pin that prevents you from somehow having this supposedly higher QOL than what you currently have. I honestly dont think there is any way your idea of what life at a regional airline will ever be sated. Your rapatious appetite for a higher QOL is never enough. As I have stated before, if MESA was to go under you guys would just go to the next airline that is paying less than you and bash that one to...ad infintum, it never ends. Like I said in previous post your like a fat old lady with two hams under each arm asking wheres the bread.
If your airline is keeping you down and predicating it's decisions on what MESA is doing, then your beef should be with your airline. And if they cant see what your talking about, then why dont you guys quit to make a statement? Clean up your own house and yard first. Then feel free to hate on MESA all you want.

In a word, yes, the Freedom ERJ guys are on 24 hour call-out, getting minimum guarantee.

So, yes, if Delta wins the appeal (which they likely will) we will lose that money, since we will lose the contract entirely.

This is not an "appeal." The case has not been heard yet. Freedom or Mesa requested an injunction, which prevents DAL from cancelling the contract without a court ruling, and basically gives the connection guys their day in court. I wouldn't count on DAL automatically winning - anything can happen in a courtroom, but as always plan for the worst and hope for the best.

This is exactly what I, and many others at Mesa, are doing.

Most of us have a plan B.
