I lived in a studio that was part of a house about 10 minutes from the airport on Spencer Ave. The guy who owns the house is a retired UAL captain. Rent was $350 a month and I had to sign a 3 month lease, after that it was month to month. Let me know if you want any more info...

Beat me to it! Just got the call from Johnny B telling me to stay put. (Course that means I stay on reserve vs. holding a line but I'm happy nobody is losing their jobs) Apparently it is an increase for July flying. Finally a little good news.
