Opinion rant follows: Both are bleeding pilots, both can't hire to even cover attrition; neither can republic and they have lots of shiny E175's. Who cares how big they are? Who's going to do your flying if it's not you? A pilot is a valuable commodity these days. Management making pilots think it's about jets, and not about our wallets is the biggest scam ever perpetuated in my opinion.

How big is Silver or Commutair? They held the line and even got improvements.

How EMB-140 does ENY have painted? 0

If they are painting the Dash, means that they will keep it longer than expected.

But that's ok...management says they will be closed if they vote no.

I expect a Yes vote, followed by "we got you again PDT, thank you for helping to keep the whipsaw, now go and fly your pig with a new lipstick until 2024".

Yea must be expecting a yes vote cause all the sudden we are filling classes like crazy. We all the sudden are finding people! Wow.. We'd have classes of 14 to have only 3 show up. Now we got 4 big classes two of which are over 20! Wow...... Incredible

How have you had 4 classes in the ~3 weeks this thing has been around?

Let's put it this way we've gone from having trouble filling big classes to NO TROUBLE. Hmmmmm

Is PSA having trouble finding Pilots

Airplanes need to be painted for many reasons, such as corrosion. There are still 4 (now 3) -300s in the old navy US paint scheme that are in pretty sad shape, and needed to be painted anyway. They painted some last fall, and started up again this year after the flying slowed down. Nothing to see here.
