If it not worth anything that don't respond. Durrrrrrrr

Half of your post is unintelligible, but it looks like you're implying that because PSA did it, you should too.

Way to think for yourself there!

Sorry it's better then PSA's. PSA has the worst contract and biggest growth. Thank Gawd people are staying away. And Republic has the worst working contract in the industry.

The 13 reporting US regional carriers’ FTE workforce grew 2.3% year-over-year in June. Hiring at PSA Airlines grew 32.8% in June, up 352 FTE positions compared to a year-ago (for a total June 2014 workforce of 1,424 FTE employees). Republic Airlines added 568 FTE jobs to its June tally, up 24.2% year-over-year. Mesa Airlines had 265 additional FTE positions, up 15.5%.

You guys don't have SAP. What's your top payscale? How many to AA?

It's all about US! If we vote no and get shut down we don't have the get out of jail card Envoy has! You gonna pay my bills??? Our FO's gonna go to Compass and Mesa where the contract and work rules are actually not as good as ours. Nor is there vacation bidding or insurance. Really???? Learn about our contract and other facts before you just start spitting out pay rates. Payrates and pay credit. You can have all the pay you want but if your pay credit is 80hrs what do you have compared to someone that gets 90-95hrs?? People are such idiots when putting some much emphasis on just pay rates. Our CEO would have given up much better pay rates but then our working contract would've probably messed with.

Ask Republic how important work rules are compared to pay rates.

Okay I'm done here. I know our TA sucks, but it will probably be voted in and we are ready to except it.

It is what it is...........

Nowhere in this thread did I "spit out pay rates" on anything. So with that nonsense aside...

Look at the industry as a whole. Pilot work groups are a valuable asset, and that value is only increasing. To shut one down completely at this time just for fun would be recklessly foolish. Companies even smaller than yours have voted down concessions in the very recent past and are still in existence. Within AAG it is blatantly obvious that a merger is in the works AND that Piedmont is a part of that plan... REGARDLESS of how you vote.

We at Eagle are ready to stand by your side and improve this profession together.

You have to understand that if the piedmont ta had a clause in it that stated Parker had dibs to your first born......and has the words "flow through" in it......the kid's a goner.......you will not change their minds.....but, believe me,not everyone feels this way......

What?what?yeah!ok.

Hello everyone, I just woke up from a coma. I was trying to break the speed of sound on my bike again:D What's this LOA 19 Piedmont pilots are ready to vote on? I read it, IMO it's 10 year behind industry standard.. The problem is, it's better than what we have now. And if we vote it down, compass, mesa, skywest, Silver or some other bottom feeder is going to take a crappier deal. WE lose they lose everybody lose. When I move you move just like that. Read the LOA look at you situation and your future then vote accordantly.
