The reality is that mgmt doesn't really care about the pilots. The truth is that RW could operate them cheaper than Frontier; due to economies of scale and employee compensation.

The CRJ's for CAL were a success?!?!? ... god help us.
awww... looks like someone is a little bitter than his airline is fading away
