There are so many sad things about this thread and video that I don't even know where to begin.

Let's start with what should be blatantly obvious to everyone; this video was created by a Comair employee.

Critical thinking in 3, 2, 1.....

-There aren't any pictures or videos of mesa pilots or a/c in this video.
-The poster's only other video is titled "Life at CVG."
-The video is full of candid Comair photos.

I fear for this profession. I once heard that you had to be intelligent to be an airline pilot.

What a goofy video. It's like bragging about coming in first at the Special Olympics.

I was going to say at least comair doesn't hire a lot of pilots and then during ground school furlough all of them. Then I remember comair did the same thing. Sighhhhh.

I'd be embarrassed to be a regional FO in general these days if the majority of the RJ posters on this board are representative of the type of guys out on the line now. I feel bad for the normal ones and Capts who are stuck for now.

I like the fake picture of the Mesa logo RJ with the cargo door on the wrong side.

I want my 3 minutes back. Mesa, Comair whatever. The guy that made this video is a fruitcake with a capital F.

Comair has not furloughed a single one of us yet. I'm in the second to last class and everyone is still here. Our fate is yet to be determined following the displacement bid and updated furlough list if any. Comair did hire a bunch of people and cancel classes just prior to starting, but noone has been furloughed yet unlike a couple of other carriers.
