Every room I have stayed in with Mesa has been clean. Clean meaning cleaned by the hotel after the previous guest had checked out. Some properties are less than desireable, but no one here will accept a dirty room.

I've been staying in the same hotels in many overnight cities for my entire time here at Mesa. I'm sure we're holding a gun to their head though, buying rooms each night.

It's one thing to dislike the airline, but don't make rationalizations about how good or bad of hotel tenant we are. We're just like you, another crew member trying to stay comforatable on the road.

In CAE last summer I was sitting on my bed in my hotel room and a married couple walked in to my room, stopped and stared at me and then gave me a look as if I was the one who was out of line.

Dead bolts from now on.

Now why would he want to do that? It'd be much easier to just log on to grannyfantasy.com.

I was told this story from my wife and it was told to her by a CA she flew with a while back. Not sure I believe it completely but still funny.

The CA in question gets to the hotel and goes to the desk with urgent business to take care of (#2, duece, drop the kids off, etc.). Anyway, he hurriedly grabs the key at the front desk, enters his room, and goes immediately to the bathroom and manages to make the seat at the appropriate moment. As he is relieving himself, he realizes that someone elses personal items are laid out in the bathroom. The guy didn't miss a beat. He finished up his business, puts himself back together, exited the room, and goes back to the front desk to get a new room. The CA to this day is not sure if the other person was actually in the room at the time of his intrusion.

Chuck Norris never flies as an FO. He is always a captain, and #1 on every senority list, foreign and domestic..

I think you have conveniently summed up why we don't like you!
"No one here will accept a dirty room" Wow-insightful!
