Yesterdays filing with the DOT... regarding the transfer of Independence Air's Certificate...

On first glance it looks like Compass will retain quite a bit of the facilites/FAA relationships in IAD and possibly bring some of the ex-IDE aircraft (CRJs) out of the desert (No Airbuses).

compass has many names like a bastard child that it is....newco, fly i,sjet, nstar, indy air, aca, west air,
