That is an ASA ALPA thing, I have worked under five locals (one other ALPA) and ASA's ALPA was the weakest and least professional. Its too bad because ASA has the framework to be a great place to work but when the union rolls over on things it makes it go south pretty quick.

I have 0400 reserve this month and I have sat RRR five times so far. It could be that most days I'm the only 0400 in my bucket. They haven't been following the agreement with my schedule, calling me for RRR the day before then having to accept changes when I duty in for RRR two days out.
