Here's a PHOTO of the flight deck. It looks like a CRJ replica. Collins Pro-Line, very similar switchgear. The center console looks nearly identical.

That's a nice looking cockpit. I like the moving map/radar in place of the HSI below artificial horizon on the PFD. I wonder though, how necessary is the HUD...?

Exactly. Picture it with 1 FMS, no HUD and a bunch of blank plates where the options would go. There you'll have an accurate regional airliner.

It seems to me that they simply mated a DC-9 with CRJ engines and flight deck.

Don't forget the bent up hotel key cards used to hold speed cards in place :p
