I waterskiied 947hrs total with 14-16 average days off per month not including 2 weeks of vacation and a week out for recurrent.

No opentime picked up, just 80hr+ hard-lines every month.

Colgan FO line holder.(Feb-Sept)
530hrs- Avg 13.5 days off
In June I took colgan to the Bank 82hrs/147 credit/8days off.
Positive Space entire month to the house. And I got 13days off at the end of it all.
To punish me in july I got paired with the worst Women Captain in Colgan History J.S.
I dare anyone to say that they did better than that?

timed out, total 1430 credit, avg 10 days off. even i am surprised i credited that much (considering my crappy company) so i had to double-check the math. so sad, if i had worked the same amount at xjet i woulda blown saabrooski and newarkblow out of the water.

At Horizon, average about 80 hrs TAFB per week. Got paid for much less than that. Steer clear of QX. Life is hard here.

I am a full time CFI and flew 815 hours total in 2008. I dont really want to know how many days off I averaged in a month, but my guess is somewhere around 5 to 7, depending on weather.

Perhaps that provides some perspective.
