That's all. There has yet to be any determination of who is right or wrong. All they did was have a "pre-hearing" to see if it was even worth going to court over. Mesa will crumble one way or another. A company that can't even pay it's notes doesn't stand a chance against the biggest airline in the world.

You're right. Even if Mesa, a company that is basically worth a couple of cents a share, manages to somehow win against DELTA AIRLINES, think of the consequences in future business that Mesa does. In so many words, Mesa is in big trouble. Cheap operation, cheap work force, you get what you pay for.

"Cheap operation, cheap work force, you get what you pay for".

Lets' say, ALOHA to MESA

I suspect that DAL has all the evidence they need...when I worked at MAG my observations led me to believe that operational performance numbers were generated by falsifying OOOI times. It would not take much effort to document that if DAL cared to do so.

The injunction was granted because MAG would liquidate without the DAL flying, not because there was any merit to the case. MAG will need to show some merit at this injunction hearing.

On the bright side, MAG stock is up 23%! Unfortunately that is only $0.03

I totally agree. I worked for JO and I don't believe one single number that comes from him or any of his lackies.
Using JFK as an excuse is absurd considering that a considerable amount of Freedoms ERJ ops were out of MCO during the time period in question.

Ok, and when Mesa wins this battle, I am holding you to those words.

Mesa will use the stock to pay them... that option did not go away. But now, the price can be lower since some of the bonds are taken care of.

I just want to make note that when Mesa comes closer to succeeding, the bashing becomes greater and all logic ceases.

To the Freedumb pilots that walk around at JFK with your sleeves rolled up half way your arms, your wrinkled shirt untucked, and your tie pulled down, please take a look in the mirror. You are a disgrace to the uniform, the profession and your company.

MESA will fail...... Hold me to that.

The more J.O. pulls his little shenanigans, the more I want it to fail.

Let me point out that your fearless bond manipulating leader is a convicted felon. You really want to carry his flag, and go preaching to the world how wonderful MESA airlines is..... not I.

That's an interesting theory. In fact there were suits in JFK for about a week a few months ago kinda just hanging out. Talked to a ramper and he said they were there "verifying times" and "watching the operation."

That makes me happy. in JFK I cannot tell you how many times I have heard Freedom calling in "On-Time" when they were 30+ minutes late. CVG exceptions used to make them verify their times by giving a actual number. I'm glad someone is there is document the lies.

I have personaly witnessed MAG lieing about these in CLT. They do it all the time. However this is on the USA side, but I figure if they would do it to Airways they would do it to Delta.

DENpilot, I know that you hate people telling you that your employer will fail because you are on the other end of that statement. However, mesa is stuck between a rock and a hard place. They can't file BK because they'll lose their flying and yet they still have to fight until the very end which will ultimately mean liquidation because they keep losing 20-30 million every quarter. I feel sorry for the pilots and I would be alarmed that JO seems like he's taking this very lightly and that it's business as usual at MESA. I know it's a public company but still.

For the last time, the bond early-repurchase terms allow payment in stock. It's not manipulating if it's legal and in the terms! If these people don't want stock as payment, then they should not exercise their early repurchase rights....
