I have to admit that yes the stock is up. But .03 doesn't mean much when it's still sitting at 18 cents a share which is still down from 28 cents a week a two ago. At 28 cents it was a joke.

Mesa currently operates 159 aircraft with over 800 daily system departures
With an average of 5 departures per aircraft that seems a little low.

Have you heard any opinions, or have an opinion yourself, on how the Jan 30th date with Delta will play out?

If DAL can back any of their claims then the ball is in their court. If it's not they can drag it out and let the legal fee's finish them off.

The thing that is amazing is the fact that Mesa execs. lost laptops with all the critical information on it. How convenient? Just like deleting porn and accidentally deleting everything related to Aloha. How are these guys not in jail?

Yes, I have seen the numbers myself and believe fully that Mesa is in the right. Not to mention there is emails I am hearing of which tell the story that Delta asked to have the flights canceled. We'll see... the fact an injunction was issued says DL is pulling something fishy....

Well if Sandy Burger can march out of the National Archives with documents in his pants, and make them disapear then obviously J.O. & Company can do the same with some little airline.

That's on their end. DAL will bring their own case like performance requirements etc. Those numbers don't rely on mesa. Also note that not all the notes were restructured. It's like russian roulette. If one person decides to call in the puts the company will go BK and the others holding their bonds will be screwed.

Maybe DL conviently "LOST" their computers with the said emails. JO and his gang are crooks. Only good can come from them getting kicked out of the airline business.

Yea right. The ruling on the injunction was not because Mesa is right, they needed time to prepare the case, which I think is fare especially when it would BK the company. It's going to take more than time excuses this time. A kid from high school with a grand father who practices law can probably try Mesas's case and win. Look at the whole company operation, not just delta. Airways/UA is trying to get rid of every bit of Mesa that it can. There are more airlines than I can count that fly for DCI, how are they keeping it together with even more airplanes? Every other issue that Mesa has had was not going to be a problem because they had outs, Delta could sink the ship and buy their way out of the contract. Either way, Mesa's best case scenario is to have to find home for the ERJs if they want to survive past spring.
