What's so big about the CRJ900? You can still hop from the ground to the main cabin door, that's not big. And the paycheck comes to match.

That's the three best answers I could come up with. Wearing your epaulettes upside-down, wrong side out or inside out for that matter just seems plain stupid. Why don't they wear their tie backwards too...and put their pants on backwards while they're at it?

Most of the people I've seen with wrong way epaulettes signified they had 300 hours and were on their first day of IOE!

As far as I'm aware, upside-down epaulettes signify that you failed to adhere to the Cleared to Dress Checklist.

yes. and about 4 other people on here too. It is upside down, seam showing. Not just backwards. Havent seen the guy in a while tho hopefully some coworkers beat some sense into him.
