upside-down epaulettes
I may sound like an idiot here but what does intentionally wearing upside-down epaulettes signify:confused:

It's a rumor that new Mesaba pilots who fly "the 9" (CR-9, that is) are turning their epaulettes upside down to signify their "superiority." As far as I know it's just a rumor started by an internet message board to get people upset.

I thought it was backwards not upside down since upside down would show the seam.
