Thank you kind sir!

Although currently, I safely pilot my couch from one episode of the price is right to another, I hope to one day shake your hand after another successful trip home.

I frequently fly YYZ-BOS on Eagle ERJ135's. I've been on many flights where the weather has been poor - landing in snowstorms, crosswinds, breaks between thunderstorms, etc. I'm crapping myself and you guys are probably loving it

After reading many of the posts in this forum over a couple of weeks I realize the challenges you guys and girls face every day. I just wanted to say Thank You and express my gratitude for flying me safely and skillfully and allowing me to see my family after every trip.

Thank you, I have to say I frequently do route. Being a BOS guy and growing up flying in this stuff, your statement "I'm crapping myself and you guys are loving it", it is absoloutly 100% TRUE.... hahe....

I'll try. But usually the flight attendant is standing in the doorway so a quick "thanks" is all I can get out. Plus, with so little room in there I'm afraid you guys will bang your head on something while contorting yourself to face the cockpit door

"Im crapping myrself and you guys are probably loving it". Speak for yourself. I carry large amounts of underwear.

In all seriousness, those are most likely some one of the best thank you notes I have ever gotten in my entire professional career -including other professions-.
Thank you for trusting us with your family. Rest assure in the thought that our mission is to make sure they get home safely and comfortably.

Thank you sir!.

Well buddy, what I can tell you is that if any pilot that is flying your plane happens to read these forums, they'll remember your name. Just have the FA forward it up to the crew and they'll more than likely invite you up front. I know I would. Take care, and look forward to flying you and your family across the vast blue beyond

Thank you paxman!! And you're right...when the winds are blowing, the snow is falling, and the visibility dropping, I am loving it all the more.
Take care.

Thank you paxman - very nice comment indeed.

If you ever want to say hi after the flight just ask the flight attendant if you can say hi to the pilots up front and he or she will surely let you do it...

(PS best to wait until most people have deplaned so you don't block anyone from exiting the aircraft)

Don't fly people anymore (UPS) but when I did we always enjoyed saying hi to a friendly soul...
