Default Lynx Aviation

I just applied to Lynx and was wandering if their are any Lynx pilots that know if they are hiring, I have 2900 hours and am a Captain on the Lear. Just trying to find a plan B in case I get laid off which is becoming more likely by the day. Thanks for any info.

yeah, they are hiring. I know the last class was all internal recs. The next class they were going to try to get all internal recs and then move to the pile of resumes. I know the pile was like 800 deep. There is a few past threads on here about Lynx.

With a Lear type, are there no other opertunities out there right now? Lynx sounds like a really big risk right now. Best of luck with your current job.

Anyone able to make us an internal recommendation at Lynx? I'm sure we'd both appreciate it. Free dinner at KGFK is definitely available for a recommendation (why you would ever be here, no idea, it still stands though).

Yeah the Charter side of things sucks pretty bad right now, I was flying 30 to 40 hours a month, now I am lucky to fly 15 hrs some months less, and I dont think other operators are doing any better. Any help from any Lynx pilots would be great but I understand that most of you probably have many friends that need help too. Good luck to everyone inthese trying times.
