why are xjt guys getting into an argument with a chq guy.... the same chq guy who "saw" an e170 toy replica painted in CAL colors, the same chq guy who ruined his reputation with the CAL guys by spouting nonsense on websites like this one, and the same CHQ guy who has had a major bone to pick with XJT after he unfortunately did not get interviewed here. He is so delusional to think everything he says is 100% correct that he is not going to change. Let him keep spouting off and you can laugh at him when he doesnt get interviewed at CAL and he wonders why. I am sure CAL will be a horrible place and be on the verge of bankruptcy when he is still at RAH 10 yrs from now.

Best thing ever said about the dork pilot's desire to see the 190 on property at their squirrelly regional. They have no idea how terrible that would be for their future.

I'm glad that's how you guys see it. As you can see by their posts, there are quite a few folks that consider the 190's inevitable, and thus they'll fly them for whatever. Ultimately, if it is unavoidable, at least negotiate industry leading or better, so that there is some progression left (even if it's only monetary).

As I stated earlier, "fair" and "sub-standard" are two completely different terms. The word "fair" is subject to interpretation, the word(s) "sub-standard" is not.

For you guys at RAH, or any other company contemplating these aircraft, please do not accept sub-standard pay to fly them. I realize there are certain management types here that will do anything for their CEO, but for the sake of your brothers and sisters, for the sake of your career progression, for the sake of the industry as a whole, please don't accept anything less than the current leading pay scale for the equipment as a bare minimum.

Happy Easter everybody.

I want to fly the E190, and I would fly it for any price. All I know is it is bigger than the PA-44.

This is why we need to educate people early on about this sort of thing, so that when the next pilot shortage comes about, people are more informed on this isssue.

I have 150 Hours right now so when the next hiring boom hits next year I will be able to swing right into the 190 hopefully.
