Default Parking in Newark

Gonna be commuting out of Newark; was wondering if anybody new of any parking deals around EWR since there seems to be no monthly rate from the mob... i mean port authority... or the privately owned lots like Fasttrack etc.. Was wondering if anybody new if the hotels around there have any deals. I think anything over 100 dollars a month is a little outragous.

Did that for 4 years and can tell you the best deal you'll get is from ABC parking about half a mile south of the airport. 8 bucks a day...
That was a year ago so the rate might have gone up.

Some people used to park at the Ramada for free and tip the van driver but often found their cars scratched, etc.

Hope it helps.

I don't know what the figures come out to be, but maybe look into parking somewhere near the NE Corridor on NJTransit, and ride the train in.?
Depends on which station you get on/off, and how much parking is. MIGHT save some money?

What about someone who is based in Newark (CAL, XJT, Colgan come to mind) but commutes in from some place else? Maybe you could work a deal with them for their parking pass to the employee lot? I'm not EWR based so I don't know the details or if it would work but I have heard of such things here in IAH.
