Oh no, meant to say I write it on my logbook. Nothing bad (so future employers can read). Have developed my "own" code if you will. Usually no more than a sentence with 6-8 words. The shorter the sentence, the crappier the Capt was.
It's like Bloodhound said, I have used the info in it during the only interview I got, and will use it again in the future. It is a great memory jogger.

I write the CA and the FA name and their employee # in my small crew log for day to day ops. Makes it easier to check everyone in and out without having to ask what their number is. Then in my master log, I only write the CA's name and then any notable experiences. Maybe if there was really bad weather or any emergencys just for my own records.
