I'm blown away that Mesa management is willing to publish this information. Normally, the company pretends its doing the best it can to help the pilot group. This is just a slap in the face followed up with a big FU! If you a Mesa pilot I suggest logging into FLICA and clicking on reserve grid. It shows that not one day in the entirety of June comes close to meeting the reserve buffer allowing drops in FLICA.(IN ORD) The real pain comes from the fact that the reserve buffer is set to 15 or 20 pilots on each day. NOT ONE DAY HAS MORE THAN 13 PILOTS ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED TO WORK. Basically what the company is saying is that we are grossly understaffed on reserve. Not only are some of the the days set to have a 20 man reserve buffer they have 8 pilots on reserve that day....not 8 available 8 awarded reserve on that day!! So this is official news from the company that the DROP function of FLICA was just a lure to get you to vote yes on a pos contract. Ohhh yeah we are overstaffed and going to furlough 250 people.

I'd guess Everclear 190 would be better. But then again I've never tried it out...

In its simplest form, a Molotov cocktail is a glass bottle containing petrol fuel usually with a source of ignition such as a burning cloth wick held in place by the bottle's stopper.
In action the fuse is lit and the bottle hurled at a target such as a vehicle or fortification. When the bottle smashes on impact, the ensuing cloud of petrol droplets and vapor are ignited, causing an immediate fireball followed by a raging fire as the remainder of the fuel is consumed.
Other flammable liquids such as wood alcohol and turpentine have been used in place of petrol. Thickening agents such as tar, sugar, animal blood, XPS foam, egg whites, motor oil, rubber cement, and dish soap have been added to help the burning liquid adhere to the target and create clouds of thick choking smoke.
