It's right in front of them.

I want to thank you for this post. This definitely wins the award for the funniest post of the day. Hilarious. Good stuff.

I would have went to the left around the storm. Must have been a former freight pilot penetrating the line. LOL

Funny how right after they went throught the line they diverted to KMEM.

sure call CNN, and they will be sure to scare the public by saying your lack of proper training led to an encounter with turbulence....just remember when it comes to the media, its always your fault, afterall your just a regional pilot.....CaNNt get a story right:eek:

Funny...but you guys didn't seem to complain about CNN's coverage about the poor pay and working conditions at the regionals, or their story about Gulfstream Academy, did you?

Your post makes no sense because actually we did complain, it was just more fear mongering, but hey they obviously didnt want to tell the real story, that 3M with low time pilots has an impecable safety record...but hey keep up the bashing, if it makes you feel bigger in your own little barbie jet with your auto pilot on, we'll keep flying while you keep complaining:cool:

I'll bet that plane, after it came through the weather, was the cleanest it's ever been after coming from the factory. EXCEPT for the skid marks on the seat cushions!

Maybe you should rethink that thought. IF two pilots INTENTIONALLY flew into a cell that caused structural damage, they might need to reevaluate their career decisions. IF they did intentionally fly into it, then maybe they should have their career decisions made for them, since they obviously would not be capable of making the correct on themselves. It would have made an additional news story had my family or myself be on that airplane.

How good is the radar in the RJ? I took a lightning strike last year and the radar was painting nothing but green all around us.

Radar is ok, could be better. I hear people complaining about it all the time. The radar won't paint a building thunderstorm....no precip yet.
