WOW!
Do you really need someone from within the pilot group to tell you how to raise morale??? Shows how disconnected and out of touch you are from the pilots at Colgan.

You're disconnected......- from this thread.
They're asking why (specific) circumstances of why it's low. That way they know how to rectify it. I believe Seggy is the CJC MEC Chairman. |

Wanna raise morale, you can start by getting rid of a politician and hire in a leader who is looking out for the best interests of his/her pilot group. The pilots of Colgan Air deserve ALOT better. |
From what I've read about a few of the new rule proposals (12 hrs in domicile prior to duty in and 10 hrs min rest)
If it is 10 hours min rest how can they require 12 hours in domicile? Are they also going to require ankle monitors AKA house arrest? |

I dont get who thinks of these things, its not the flying that makes us tired, its the sitting around all day in the airport.............. 10hrs of flying max, 13.5 hr duty day :) |
If they do make that 12hr in domicile, I foresee a large problem with pilot shortages and a mass exodus of pilots to either other careers or home based flying jobs. Especially with FO's who dont have much to lose.
