Example, colgan. They just put one into the hole supposedly because of pilot fatigue with the actual pilots complaining on the CVR about their life at colgan. And yet they have a couple of thousands of resumes right now for their hand full of positions... I don't blame people trying to play the game, it's decades of union mandated pay and very weak unions that are unable to do anything that have placed airlines into the hole. |
