In this case, I just thought he was calling you a dead Marxist while failing to use capitalization!

The pay is low because we are willing to work for nothing.

If the pay is really that important to you, quit complaining and start turning down jobs.

The companies have realized that the pilot willing to fly for food comes before the high wages. Example, colgan. They just put one into the hole supposedly because of pilot fatigue with the actual pilots complaining on the CVR about their life at colgan. And yet they have a couple of thousands of resumes right now for their hand full of positions... I don't blame people trying to play the game, it's decades of union mandated pay and very weak unions that are unable to do anything that have placed airlines into the hole.
