I think 8 years at DAL is about capt upgrade time, if you want to take the fastest upgrade.

DAL furloughs, it's not if, it's when...
The "when" is the key, as DAL will surely furlough again, probably about a 99% chance.

In this case, however, the furlough will probably be 6-10 years down the road, at some point when we go into recession again, and this guy will be way senior and won't be affected.
