Default Official...RAH 190 base in DEN.

It's official. Republic is getting 190s for frontier airline flying in Denver, replacing Airbuses that are going to MKE.

How the hell did this get past the Republic guys scope clause? You can grieve it all you want but you need to put your foot down as a group and stand up. This is a step backwards for everyone.

Whatever, dude. If you fly for a regional, don't wanna hear it. If you fly for a major, go ahead and complain.

Isn't anyone else tired of the same old crap being spouted?

I think the unions need to be more vocal about all these downward spiral moves between Republic, Frontier and Midwest. Our profession is being axed with all these moves, but I can't figure out if anyone really cares, or if the Rebublic guys will keep chugging along, not caring about the careers being destroyed.

scourge and cancer of the industry....blah blah blah (insert keyboard commando whining remark) blah blah blah blah.....( took our jerbs) blah blah blah....(why do you rah pilots fly the 190 at cheap rates)..blah blah bla (insert another dumb question that is meant as a statement)....blah blah and the thread gets shut down in 20 pages.

same crap different thread. Just stating the obvious and I won't be back to this thread because, just like you are thinking "if you don't like it don't read it"

Midwest and Frontier would have been gone if not for RAH. They had the cash and were able to move in now they can do whatever they wish and it doesnt' look like any RAH union cares much about it. Why would they? That's why they agreed on the single list and 99 seats pay toping 37 dollars.

Midwest and Frontier are casualites. It's sad. But RAH is not done yet, Frontier was going to be run seperately now they're bringing in 190s and sending the airbii to MKE?? This is a strategic move for something bigger, you heard it here first.

I am not sure how this is a violation of our scope clause. Our scope clause requires integration of all pilots, and that process is underway. Real progress will be made once the F9 purchase is complete in October. But, there is nothing in our scope clause that dictates where planes and crews can be based, nor is there anything that prohibits the company from mixing pilots work groups during the integration process.
