Default How to turn a no vote into yes for 9E.

INSTRUCTIONS: start your post with "My no vote will turn to yes IF...."

1. We remove the 12hr. on res. period from start of duty.
2. Either make us whole with the bonus for the last 4+yrs mgmt stalled OR give us the current bonus PLUS COLA after ammd. date 3% or actual cola as determined by the govt, whichever is less.
3. 4 hour Min days for all, reserves included, OR 11 days off for rsv.

Need all 3 or no vote remains

My no vote will turn yes if... (in no particular order)
1. 401k match increase.
2. Amendable COLA
3. 12 hour reserve rule removed/11 off for rsv
4. Duty rig and min day
5. No multiple occupancy rooms.

I have a wish list but these were my personal mins for a "yes". To make it a "good" deal my list would be about 20 long for 20/31 sections "missing" things.

1. increase 401k Match
2. 11 days off for reserves
3. remove put back on reserve after assignment (12 hour deal)
4. COLA after amendable date (or something to keep the company from dragging their feet again)

All those are MUSTS or I vote No again.

Long/short hotels
Min pay per day (at least 3.75)
11 days for resv
Automated swap/drop
No furlough language

Then I'd be happy.

Tell your MEC, don't post this on a public message board.

You're just asking management to cherry pick 4 or 5 items to fix and put the same TA out again otherwise.

mgmt sees both boards... We have some pilots that elect to show mgmt from their logon. These items are quite basic and fundamental to all regional contracts in the last round of contracts within the "peer group". I understand your point though and it is valid.
