Yes, the "Express" was dropped off of mainline around 2003. Apparently they thought that losing the word "express" would help differentiate them from a regional carrier - only to be turned into a virtual mainline paying their employees regional wages just a few years later!!!

It would be much safer to recover aircraft on the inner runways and use the outer runways for departures. The only problem is the operational restrictions of crossing aircraft from the inner to the outer.
